This is merely an exercise than a complete skin. Though, everything works fine! I tried to make a powerful and easy-to-use skin, that is both light (using f2k stock components) and practical for managing files from within. Thus, you have three filters on the left and the playlist switcher on the right. The information on the center playlist display track number/total tracks, disc number/total discs, length, title, genre, codec, bitrate/samplerate and file size.
*****Update***** Improved the blue leds readability. Added a third mode for each version, with flashing and animated leds. Absolutely unnecessary, I know, I know...
*****Update***** I included the font "Agency FB". Not necessary, but fits well and I don't remember where I found it free.
***** You'll need :
ColumnsUI : [link] Waveform Seekbar : [link] Quick Search Toolbar : [link] Channel Spectrum, ELPlaylist and Panel Stack Splitter : [link] And a useful Graphic Equalizer : [link]
Highly recommended : foo_ui_hacks [link] indicated by yarandil [link] (thanks a lot!), because the skin does not allow window resizing (makes it a mess). Once the component is installed, go to Display>Main Window, check the boxes in "Constraints" and set 1440 and 800 both as the minimum and maximum size. Done! Watch comments below for further information.
****** The skin file contains three modes, dark, pink and light, each featuring "classic leds" (sort of yellow, like on the dark preview) or "color leds" (random color among yellow, red, blue, green, orange and pink - totally useless, I know). In each mode's folder, there is, if needed, the configuration file for Channel Spectrum (right click on it>Import).
To install, just move the entire .rar content to foobar2000\skins folder (if it doesn't exist, create it). Same install on standard and portable mode. The background is totally up to you. I included those you see on the preview (all credits go to the authors), but you can choose any picture you want - just be careful if there are too many colors or details... Eventually, foobar doesn't save the Playlist Switcher and Filters colors, so you'll have to do it manually when switching modes (Preferences>Display>ColumnsUI>Colours and Fonts).

Anyway, to force a window size you can try foo_ui_hacks [link] (the page is in Russian, but it seems google translate does a good job) and set it up using the menu like in this image [link] (imgur link).
